Opening for “HR Officer”
• The right candidate should have 5-7 years experience in HR.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or any relevant degree
• Bengali speaking is must.
• Proficient in computer usage
Requirements for the role:
• Sound experience in recruitment process
• Understanding recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Screening applications and select candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns
• Updating and utilizing recruiting databases and tools
• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommend actions
• Good knowledge of labor laws
• Knowledge and experience of core HR functions such as performance management system, compensation & benefit, policies and procedures like Leave Processing, Medical and Insurance, Visa Processing, Passport Renewals, Issue of Identity Cards, Medical Cards, Air Travel Entitlements etc.
• Coordinate with all departments with regard to Human Resources related activities
• Good personality added with excellent communication skills in English.
• Should be flexible
• Grievances management.
• Candidates who can join at the earliest will be given preference.
